When I was in Spain this summer, my friends in Elche would ask me how this or that is here in the States. As soon as I started talking I realized that I needed to qualify everything with “Pues, donde vivo yo,” or “Well, where I live. . .”

I haven’t seen enough of my own country. Other than a few short stops, more or less, in eight other states I don’t haven’t really seen the inbetweens even in my own state!
