The antibiotic is working. I probably had a flu.

I made it out and about today to register for my Spanish classes–my two Chess ones I registered for online. That could have been easier. We have to do everything manually (walk to each campus and wait in line at each department) because we’re foreigners? That doesn’t even make sense in Spanish.

I have class everday of the week except maybe not Fridays, and I have no official holiday. Asi que those who are planning to visit, well. Well.

I am going to Machu Picchu. I will hike the Incan Trail. am in contact with a tour operator that a former professor used and am rallying up the group–or whoever’s interested and can afford it–to buy tickets to Cuzco and all the rest. If you want to be in the party let me know and I’ll e-mail you the details. This is only for the fit and adventurous.

Other travels will include Valparaiso–some people went this weekend. And north to the Atacama desert. I haven’t planned anything yet. So if you plan to come, perhaps we can share that trip.

I set up WiFi in the house so now I’m not stuck in my cabana. I am contently reclined on a couch in the main house listening to my houseparents cook for me as I write this post.

Soy regalón.
