Today one of my professors told me not to use a verb tense that I had not be taught at Complutense because the rest of the class wouldn’t understand it.

The faculty director for the GMU Center for Global Education, who happened to be have been my professor this past spring, called a special meeting for all of us. Discussed were issues pertaining to housing and the lack of hospitality, food, keys, or toilet paper in some cases. Also, names of those responsible for the misorganization of this trip were divulged.

We can all blame in the right direction now. And oh, I see he just wrote us all an apologetic e-mail.

The CGE got really sloppy on this trip and it’s almost all one guy’s fault, apparently. Some people make good company, not companies.

After a depressingly easy day of classes a few of us met up, and then and three of us ditched the few of them, and went to el Museo de la Reina Sofia. Work from Picasso, Dali and Miro dominate this museum.

La Guernica is there.

And no one seems to care that Madrid lost the bid.
